It's sad I have to drive out to the Duncanville or Mesquite locations to get quality. It didn't used to suck here so I'm not sure what went wrong. The pizzert is made by slapping tons of chocolate chips on top vs inside which is exactly how the other locations does it. I wanted something sweet but this was cavity heaven. I stopped ordering pizza from here because its gone downhill so now there's really no reason for me to return.

Buffet empty...most.staff tired and not friendly (wouldnt even smile when smiled at)...saving grace was they made what we asked for. But a buffet should have a variety, ready to go. What was made was ok - not great, just ok. The atmosphere lacks appeal. The parking lot walking in almost made me leave without giving it a chance. It's sad to see an iconic buffet pizza chain going downhill like this one is.

I usually go for the buffet which is nice and as of this date is everyday. I have a few minor problems #1 is if it's lunch hour and you trying to come here for the buffet you're better off either ordering ahead or somewhere else. They take a while to make a pizza and if you only get 30 minutes before you have to get back you don't want to be upset and hungry. The other thing is sound on one of the TVs is extremely loud. I had to bring my own Bluetooth ear buds from work to get some peace. Other than that the people are great and they try to keep the tables clean

It was a bit confusing at first but once we realized you have to order the food at the counter for the buffet it made more sense. Actually a great way to get the freshest food possible. Really great pizza and the dessert was fantastic too. Would definitely go again to try their other selections of pizza.

We called ahead to ask what time the buffet ended, and the staff was very friendly and explained that their buffet is cooked to order, which we really appreciated. We asked if we could call about five minutes before arriving so they could start our pizza, and they were more than happy to do that. When we arrived, we checked on our pizza and, instead of being short or annoyed, the staff was extremely kind and welcoming. The dining area is fairly small, but they have a very nice, fresh salad bar. The buffet price is very reasonable. W e paid $14.99 for the buffet and a drink. The pizzas were really good and super fresh. The owner even came out to check on us and was very nice. The restaurant is located on the corner of an intersection, so parking can be a little tight, but there were plenty of spots available when we arrived. We came around 6:00 PM on a Saturday. Overall, it appears to be family-owned, and the service and food reflected that. I would definitely go back
